Did you know that comedy heals? There have been lots of stories about patient in a hospital-setting being introduced only to comedic TV programs and their healing was vastly improved. Comedy includes other benefits, like relieving stress, burns calories, relieves pain, relaxes muscles, and so much more.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has professed a warning to both Nigerian and worldwide comedians, predicting that a lesser life change would be visited on those who continue to joke about sacred things like the men of God.
At a live global TV and satellite transmission at a July 2015 communion service, he told his membership that when God wants to destroy a man, He sends a prophet, a Man of God against them. In other words, Pastor Oyakhilome states that he is that prophet to warn comedians. Pastor Chris has the largest church congregation in Africa.
Pastor Chris’ message to comedians continued by his warning to them that they can tell jokes, just not about the men of God because as prophets or Pastors they carry a sacred position and should not be used as material to get laughs.
According to Dr. Oyakhilome, he further proclaimed to his global audience that if comedians continues with their jokes about the men of God, that people would soon see these entertainers living in a meager state rendering their lifestyle unrecognizable.
Pastor Oyakhilome often holds informal Christian sessions where he takes questions from his congregation. He says he answers questions based on what the Holy Spirit tells him. During one of his question and answer sessions, he said that the Lord told him to inform comedians that they must try and stop making fun of the men of God.
